The shortlist is in – now it's time to have your say. Following this year's nomination process, 81 companies have made the shortlist for Protein Production Technology International's 27 Food-Techs to Watch in 2027.
We're now asking the industry to help us select the final 27.
Please select a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 companies that you believe most deserve a place in the 2027 list. Please only vote for companies you genuinely believe should be among this year's 27 Food-Techs to Watch.
The public vote will account for 40% of the final result, alongside our Advisory Board (40%) and PPTI editorial assessment (20%).
Voting closes 23 October 2026.
The final 27 will be announced at Future of Protein Production Amsterdam on 4-5 November, with the full 27 Food-Techs to Watch in 2027 feature published in the Q4 edition of Protein Production Technology International on 16 December.
